ZUMBA FITNESS® - Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm & Thursdays 6:15-7:15pm

TOTAL BODY - Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm & Thursdays 5:15-6:15pm
This is an interval training class that integrates both strength and cardio exercises to achieve maximum results. Tone and tighten every inch of your body in this 60-minute workout! Perfect for ALL fitness levels, even beginners.

WERQ® - Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm
WerQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness workout class based on pop, rock, and hip-hop music taught by Certified Fitness Professionals.  The signature WERQ® warmup previews the dance steps used in class and the signature WERQ™ cooldown includes balance and yoga inspired poses. Are you ready to WERQ®?

BOOTCAMP​ - TBA
This circuit style BOOTCAMP incorporates strength and cardio into one high-impact workout. You will target all muscle groups for a full body group training session while jamming out to fun music. Bring water & be ready to break a sweat.
